CHINESE NEW YEAR SEAFOOD MENU

In addition to normal a la carte dining, on Chinese New Year Chef is featuring our popular Seafood Set Menu at $90 per person - details below. All our set menu will be available throughout Chinese New Year, to view all our set menus please visit the 'menus' section of the website.

Salt & Peppered Scampi
Lightly battered scampi, deep fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.

BBQ Atlantic Salmon
Atlantic salmon, skewered, barbecued and served with mango chutney.

Otak Otak
White fish fillet minced with chilli and spices, wrapped in a banana leaf and barbecued.

Masak Lemak King Prawns with Roti Canai
King Prawns poached in a traditional Nonya Masak Lemak style curry sauce. Served with roti canai. 

Singapore Curry Fish
Authentic Singapore style curry made with tomato and eggplant.

Szechuan Eggplant
Marinated pieces of eggplant stir-fried dry style with shallots, cashew nuts and dry chillies. Served on a bed of Chinese water spinach.

GROUP BOOKINGS

All reservations of 8 guests or more are required to provide credit card details to be held for security, including the expiry date and security code. We also require that groups greater than 10 people preselect a set menu for their table.

To secure your table please phone the restaurant on 9279 1170 at your earliest convenience to provide your credit card details for security, and your set menu choice.

Please note that due to the layout of the restaurant, tables of 10 or more will generally be seated inside in the main dining area.

A confirmed group reservation is welcome to phone us to reduce numbers by 10:30am in the morning of the reservation date. On arrival we will happily overlook 2 empty seats. For each additional empty seat $58 will be charged to the table.

Full cancellation can be made up until the day before your booking with no penalty. Full cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation will result in a charge of $58 per seat to be charged to the credit card on file. In the case that live seafood has been ordered, the cost of those items will also be charged.

To pay the full bill and gratuity with the credit card provided for confirmation, please provide written authorization when emailing your confirmation details or phone us and we will send you an authorization form.

SET MENU

With the exception of vegetarians, groups are required to preselect one set menu for every guest at the table. Our set menus are served banquet-style and all the dishes are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Altering set menus to include dishes from the à la carte or live seafood menus can only be done by prearrangement and may incur additional charges subject to your choices.

WINE

Selecting wine from the table is subject to availability. Alternatively you may preselect wines for your group by providing your selection when you confirm your booking. We can only guarantee supply if we receive your wine selection 1 week prior to dining. We also offer 3 hour beverage packages for groups of 18 people or more. DESSERT

We serve a selection of small desserts and petit fours. Ordering dessert is subject to availability so you are welcome to preorder. Please view the list of desserts and petit fours on of our website. The Ice Cream Petit Fours are bite-sized and we recommend you order at least 2 pieces per person.

We also offer a dessert supplement with our set menus for an additional $10 per person. For details please see our set menus page. All preordered dessert will automatically go on your bill. You may cancel your dessert up until 2 days before your reservation.
