Christmas Set Menu 2014

The Christmas set menu is served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on the Christmas set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or seafood menu can only be arranged prior to arrival.
 
Reservation that order the Christmas set menu are required to pay a $55.00 deposit per seat reserved. To prevent disappointment we encourage you book for the maximum number of guests that may attend as we will be unable to increase your reservation once we are fully booked. $55.00 will be kept from your deposit for each empty seat at your table. Please phone 02 9279 1170 to confirm the accurate number of guests attending 48 hours before your reservation. Full cancellation within two weeks of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
 
Christmas Set menu is available from the 21st of November to the 24th of December. 
 
This menu is required to be ordered at least 48 hours prior to dining.
 
With the exception of vegetarians, due to the number of dishes on each menu only one set menu can be served for the table.
   
Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday.

Entree
Salt and Pepper Scampi
Scampi, deep fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.
 
Steamed Scallops with Ginger and Shallots 
Fresh scallops steamed with ginger, shallot, chilli and soy sauce.
 
BBQ Atlantic Salmon
Marinated Atlantic salmon, barbequed and served with mango chutney.
 
Spicy Lamb Salad     
Sliced roast lamb tossed with fresh coriander, shallot, green beans, pepper and sesame oil.
 
Main
Black Pepper King Prawns   
King Prawns stir-fried with onions, butter, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli and cracked black pepper.
 
Coconut Beef Rendang with Roti Canai
Indonesian style beef curry with an aromatic dry coconut base. Served with roti canai, a pan fried Malaya flat bread.
Medium to hot
 
Duck Perchik  
Poached then crispy-fried duck Maryland, served with a Nonya style curry sauce made from lemongrass, coconut milk, fresh chilli and lime leaves.
 
Asparagus and Black Fungus with Tofu 
Asparagus and black fungus stir fried with sredded Chinese mushroom, honey peas, tofu, soya sauce and fresh chilli.
 
Steamed Rice

Served for the whole table.
 
Ice Cream Ball
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
 
Black Rice Pudding 
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
