Restaurant host and/or supervisor:We are seeking an experienced restaurant host or floor supervisor for our team. We can offer both part and full-time.The right applicant would:

-Be experienced as a waiter and/or host in a busy environment
-Have exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
-Be able to direct and instruct waitstaff on guest needs to ensure
seamless service
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be and excellent communicator and have great people skills
-Be able to work as part of a team and take great initiative
-Be able to confidently handle multiple phone calls.

Existing experience with both Dimmi / Resdiary, and wine knowledge
are desired but not essential.

Experienced floor and bar staff: We are looking for fresh faces to complement our existing Bar and Floor team for the new look Malaya Restaurant at King Street Wharf. We are looking for staff available for both part and full-time roles.

To be successful you must have great customer service and waiting or bar skills. A knowledge of wine or cocktials, and our cuisine will bring your application to management's immediate attention.

Grill Chef:

We are looking for both a Full-Time and a Part-Time grill chef. Primary focus will be the barbeque section, but the role will extend to other sections also. Experience is required, and an understanding of Southeast Asian cuisine will be extremely helpful.
