Cocktail function for up to 30 people on the balcony

One section of the balcony comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests for a standing drinks and canapés. 

To reserve one section of the balcony a minimum spend for food and beverage is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining, together with an additional 10% service charge. Any amount spent above the minimum spend is to be settled at the conclusion of the meal along with 10% for service.

Interior of Spice Room for up to 120 people

The interior dining space of Spice Room offers a private entrance and it’s own amenities. The balcony is separated from the interior with a glass wall and a curtain giving your function complete privacy. This area can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.

To reserve the interior part of Spice Room a minimum spend for food and beverage is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining, together with an additional 10% service charge. Any amount spent above the minimum spend is to be settled at the conclusion of the meal along with 10% for service.

Spice Room is a fully self-contained restaurant with private entrance and amenities, giving your function complete privacy along with sweeping views of Darling harbour. Spice Room can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.

To reserve Spice Room exclusively a minimum spend for food and beverage is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining, together with an additional 10% service charge. Any amount spent above the minimum spend is to be settled at the conclusion of the meal along with 10% for service.

DEPOSIT & ORDERING

Reservations made more than six weeks prior to dining are required to provide 50% of the minimum spend to secure the space. A tentative reservation will be held for seven days, giving you this time to secure your reservation.

All canapé, beverage and dessert orders are required together with the full payment for your function two weeks prior to dining. 

Full cancellation within one week of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all money paid.

All menu prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and 15% on Public holidays.

MENU

Canapés are handmade to order, when ordering we suggest you select 18 to 20 pieces of finger food per guest for a three-hour service. Please select the canapes you would like served from our finger food menu via the menus section of this website. Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide canapes for guests with allergies.

BEVERAGES

Beverage packages:

Packages are served for 3 hours from the time of arrival. Last drinks served at 11pm.

Malaya Package: $55.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.

Premium Package: $65.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.

On consumption:

Beverages will be charged to your bill on consumption if you choose to select from our main wine list. To ensure availablilty please phone to confirm your choice of wines, and the style and quantity of cocktails you would like served at least seven days prior to your function. 

DESSERT

For something sweet we recommend our ice cream ball petit fours. Please advise when ordering if you would like these sweet morsels served for your group.
