PRICING
To reserve the Spice Room lounge for a finger food function from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $1,980.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $1,800.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $180.00 service charge.
To reserve the Spice Room lounge for a finger food function from Thursday to Saturday, $2,420.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $2,200.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $220.00 service charge.
To reserve the Spice Room lounge for a finger food function in December, $2,530.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $2,300.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $230.00 service charge.
Spice Room lounge and balcony, comfortable accommodates up to 60 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.
PRICING
To reserve the Spice Room lounge and the northern part of the balcony for a finger food function from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $3,960.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $3,600.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $360.00 service charge.
To reserve the Spice Room lounge and the northern part of the balcony for a finger food function from Thursday to Saturday, $4,840.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $4,400.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $440.00 service charge.
To reserve the Spice Room lounge and the northern part of the balcony for a finger food function in December, $5,0600.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $4,600.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $450.00 service charge.
The interior dining space of Spice Room offers a private entrance and it’s own amenities. The balcony is separated from the interior with a glass wall and a curtain giving your function complete privacy. This area can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.

To reserve the interior part of Spice Room for a finger food function from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $5,860.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $5,100.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $510.00 service charge, and a $250.00 set fee.
To reserve the interior part of Spice Room for a finger food function from Thursday to Saturday, $7,180.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $6,300.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $630.00 service charge, and a $250.00 set up fee.
To reserve the interior part of Spice Room for a finger food function in December, $8,170.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $7,200.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $720.00 service charge, and a $250.00 set up fee.
Spice Room is a fully self-contained restaurant with private entrance and amenities, giving your function complete privacy along with exclusive views of Darling harbour. Spice Room can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.

To reserve Spice Room for a finger food function from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $10,400.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $9,000.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $900.00 service charge, and a $500.00 set fee.
To reserve Spice Room for a finger food function from Thursday to Saturday, $13,700.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $12,000.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $1,200.00 service charge, and a $500.00 set up fee.
To reserve Spice Room for a finger food function in December, $14,250.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $12,500.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $1,250.00 service charge, and a $500.00 set up fee.
The Malaya is a fully self-contained restaurant, giving your function complete privacy along with exclusive views of Darling harbour. The Malaya can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a standing, drinks and canapés function.
PRICING
To reserve The Malaya for a finger food function from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $20,800.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $18,000.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $1,800.00 service charge, and a $1,000.00 set fee.
To reserve The Malaya for a finger food function from Thursday to Saturday, $25,200.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $22,000.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $2,200.00 service charge, and a $1,000.00 set up fee.
To reserve The Malaya for a finger food function in December, $26,300.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $23,000.00 to spend on food and beverage, a $2,300.00 service charge, and a $1,000.00 set up fee.
Reservations made more than six weeks prior to dining are required to provide 50% of the full amount owed to, secure the space. A tentative reservation will be held for seven days, giving you this time to secure your reservation.
Full cancellation within one week of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all money paid.

MENU
Canapés, beverages and dessert are required to be pre arranged at least one week prior to dining. Canapés are handmade to order, when ordering we suggest you select 18 to 20 pieces of finger food per guest for a three-hour service. Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide canapes for guests with allergies.
BEVERAGES
Packages = 3 hours of beverage service from the time of arrival. Last drinks served at 11pm (available for private functions only):
Malaya Package: $45.00 per person – plus an $18.50 supplement to include a cocktail.
Premium Package: $60.00 per person – plus an $18.50 supplement to include a cocktail.
On Consumption
Beverages will be charged to your bill on consumption if you choose to select from our main wine list. Please phone to confirm your choice of wines, and the style and quantity of cocktails you would like served.
DESSERT
For something sweet we serve a selection of petit fours. Each petit four is bite size; we recommend you order a minimum of two pieces per guest. All preordered dessert will automatically go on the bill; you may cancel your dessert order two days prior to dining at the latest.
