Melboune Cup Day Bookings
Melbourne Cup Day reservations are required to provide a deposit of $50.00 per seat. To prevent dissapointment we encourage you book for the maximum number of guests that may attend as we will be unable to increase your reservation once we have fully booked. $50.00 will be kept by the restaurant for each empty seat at your table, the balance will be redeemed from your bill. Please phone (02) 9279 1170 to confirm the accurate number of guests attending by Tuesday 29th October 2013. Reduction in numbers or full cancelletion after Tuesday 29th Ocotber 2013 will result in forfeiture of any monies paid.
Groups for 10 or more guests are asked to preselect a set menu. With the exception of vegetarians we ask that one set menu is ordered for the whole table. Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
Preselection of wine and petit fours is welcome, or you may order these from the table (subject to availability).We also offer three hour beverage packages for groups of 20 people or more, please phone the restaurant for details.
An 8% discretionary service fee applies to all non-exclusive parties of 10 people and above. Please note this is not compulsory and can be removed immediately upon request by your waiter.

Our set menus are served banquet style; enough of all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing the dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu, or seafood menu can be made by prearrangement only.

Salt and Pepper Prawns
Lightly batteres king prawns, deep fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.
White fish fillet minced with chilli and spices, wrapped in a banana leaf and barbequed.
Spanner Crab San Choy Bow
Spanner crab meat stir fried with water chestnut, onion and shallots. Served in a lettuce leaf.
Singaporean style marinated pieces of lamb, skewered, barbequed and served with a satay sauce made from fresh ground peanuts and chilli.
Singapore Curry Prawns
Authentic Singaporean style curry made with fresh tomato and eggplant. Served with roti canai.
Coconut Beef Randang
Indonesian style beef curry with an aromatic dry coconut base. Served with Roti Canai.
Marinated eggplant stir-fried dry style with shallot, cashew nuts and dry chillies. Served on a bed of Chinese water spinach
Dessert Suppliment $10.00 Per Person - for the whole table
Ice Cream Ball
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
Lemon cird Tartlet Petit Four
Thin pastry skin filled with lemon curd made with sugar, egg, butter, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Almond biscuit layered with coffee and chocolate, filled with cream patisserie.
