Private dining on the balcony comfortably seats up to 40 guests with exclusive views of Darling harbour. You may also enjoy pre dinner drinks and canapés from 6pm to 7:30pm for an additional amount.

PRICING

To reserve the private dining table from Sunday to Wednesday, and lunch on Saturday, $3,960.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $3,600.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $360.00 service charge. Drinks and canapés from 6pm to 7:30pm is an additional $440.00 for food and beverage.

To reserve the private dining table from Thursday to Saturday, $4,840.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $4,400.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $440.00 service charge. Drinks and canapés from 6pm to 7:30pm is an additional $760.00 for food and beverage.

To reserve the private dining table in December, $5,060.00 is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining – this includes: $4,600.00 to spend on food and beverage, plus a $460.00 service charge. Drinks and canapés from 6pm to 7:30pm is an additional $840.00 for food and beverage.

Reservations made more than six weeks prior to dining are required to provide 50% of the full amount owed to, secure the space. A tentative reservation will be held for seven days, giving you this time to secure your reservation.

Full cancellation within one week of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all money paid.

MENU

With the exception of vegetarians, groups are asked to preselect one set menu for the table. Our set menus are served banquet style; enough of all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu can be made by prearrangement only. Canapés are handmade to order, when ordering we suggest you select 4 pieces of finger food per guest for a one-hour service.

BEVERAGES

Packages = 3 hours of beverage service from the time of arrival. Last drinks served at 11pm (available for private functions only):

Malaya Package: $40.00 per person

Premium Package: $55.00 per person

On Consumption

Selecting wine from our full wine list at the table is subject to availability. Please phone if you would like to preselect wines for your group. We can only guarantee supply if we receive your wine selection one week prior to dining. Cocktails served on arrival need to be prearranged. Please advise the style and quantity of cocktails you would like served at least 24hours prior to dining.

DESSERT

For something sweet we serve a selection of petit fours, ordering petit fours from the table is subject to availability, to insure availability you are welcome to preorder. We offer a $10.00 per person dessert supplement with our set menus, or you may order separately. Each petit four is bite size; we recommend you order a minimum of two pieces per guest. All preordered dessert will automatically go on the bill; you may cancel your dessert order two days prior to dining at the latest.
