Set Menus

Set menus are served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or seafood menu can only be arranged prior to arrival.
 
With the exception of vegetarians, due to the number of dishes on each menu only one set menu can be served for the table.
 
Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and by 15% on Public Holidays.

Salt and Pepper Prawns
King prawns, battered, deep-fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.
(Swap for Scampi by prior arrangement for an additional $12pp)
 
Otak Otak (BBQ Atlantic salmon for groups over 18 pax)
White fish fillet minced with chilli and spices, wrapped in a banana leaf and barbequed. 
 
Spanner Crab San Choy Bow 
Spanner Crab meat stir-fried with water chestnut, onion and shallots. Served in a lettuce leaf. 
 
Satay Beef 
Singaporean style marinated beef, skewered, barbequed and served with a satay sauce made from fresh ground peanuts and chilli.

Kapitan Chicken 
Penang style curry made with fesh chilli and coconut milk served with lightly battered chicken.
 
Coconut Beef Rendang 
Indonesian style beef curry with an aromatic dry coconut base.

Szechuan Eggplant (Asparagus & fungus for groups over 18)   
Marinated eggplant stir-fried dry style with shallots, cashew nuts and dry chillies. Served on a bed of Chinese water spinach.

Black Rice Pudding
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
