Valentines Day

For Valentines Day we are serving a set menu at $65.00 per person – details below. Plus to book we require a $65.00 deposit for each seat reserved.

Full cancellation of a reservation, or a reduction in the number of seats reserved is welcome by 5pm, Monday 6th February - please call us on 9279 1170 to make amendments to your booking. Past this date full cancellation, or a reduction in numbers will result in forfeiture of $65.00 from the deposit for each empty seat at your table. The deposit will be redeemed from the table bill at the conclusion of the meal based on the final confirmation of how many guests will be in attendance – no partial refund can be made prior to arrival.

Please note: To prevent disappointment we encourage you book for the maximum number of guests that may attend as we will be unable to increase your reservation once we have fully booked. To amend the number of guests you have booked please call the restaurant directly on 9279 1170.

An 8% gratuity applies to all non-exclusive parties of 8 people and above.

DESSERT
For something sweet guests are welcome to order dessert from the table, this however is subject to availability. To insure availability we have a dessert supplement we welcome you to pre order for $10.00 per person, for this you will receive a black rice pudding, an ice cream ball petit four and a cup of tea or coffee. The dessert supplement must be ordered for the whole table. If you would like to include the dessert supplement in your order, please call us on 9279 1170.

A set menu is being served for Valentines Day. With the exception of children and vegetarians, everyone dining will have the same set menu. When confirming your booking please advise how many children up to 12 years of age, and how many vegetarians will be attending. Our set menus are served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. No changes available. Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.

Barbequed Atlantic Salmon
Atlantic salmon, skewered, barbequed and served with a mango chutney.

Chicken San Choy Bow
Minced chicken stir-fried with water chestnut, onion, shallots, Malaya curry powder and fresh chilli. Served in a lettuce leaf.

Ayam Perchik
Marinated pieces of chicken thigh fillet skewered, barbequed and served with a Nonya style curry sauce made from lemongrass, coconut milk, fresh chilli and bay leaves.

Matching wine: 150ml gl Lerida Estate Pinot Grigio, Canberra District NSW.

Kapitan King Prawns
Penang style curry made with fresh chilli and coconut milk served with lightly battered king prawns.

Coconut Beef Rendang
Indonesian style curry with an aromatic dry coconut base.

Asparagus and Black Fungus
Fresh asparagus, honey peas, garlic chives, black fungus and mushrooms stir-fried with garlic, soy sauce and chilli.

Steamed Rice

Valentines Day Vegetarian Set Menu 
Minimum 2 people

Matching wine: 120ml gl Taltarni Brut, South East, Aust.

Samosa 
A mixture of potato, carrot, onion and spices wrapped in a light pastry skin and deep-fried.

Vegetable San Choy Bow 
Water chestnut, onion, mushroom, carrot and shallot stir-fried, and served in a lettuce leaf.

Sayor Otak
Silken tofu topped with a blend of eggplant, mushroom, tomato, lemongrass and chilli paste, wrapped in a banana leaf and barbequed.

Matching wine: 150ml gl Lerida Estate Pinot Grigio, Canberra District NSW.

Salt and Pepper Cauliflower
Florets of cauliflower lightly battered, deep-fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.

Vegetable Singapore Noodles
Vermicelli rice noodles stir-fried dry style with Asian green vegetables, bean sprouts, onion, shallot and chilli.

Ma Po Tofu
Silken tofu braised with mushrooms, garlic, chilli, black bean, shallots and peas.

Sayor Masak Lemak 
Malay style vegetable curry cooked with fresh chilli, lemongrass and coconut milk.

$35.00 Per Child

Satay Chicken
Singaporean style marinated pieces of chicken thigh fillet, skewered, barbequed and served with a satay sauce made from fresh ground peanuts and chilli.

Fried Rice
Rice fried with prawns, roast pork, egg and shallot.

Honey Chicken
Pieces of chicken thigh fillet lightly battered, deep-fried then tossed in honey, pineapple and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
