Christmas Set Menu.

Our chefs have put together a special menu option for this festive season that showcases some spectacular dishes not normally offered. The Christmas menu is served banquet-style with all the dishes served to the middle of the table for your guests to share.
 

Available from the 22nd of November to the 24th of December.

This menu requires 72 hours notice. With the exception of vegetarians everyone will be served the same menu. Any changes to the menu to include items from the a la carte or live seafood menu should be arranged prior to arrival and will apply to the whole table.

 
All reservations wishing to order the Christmas menu are required to provide credit card details and are welcome to confirm the number of guests attending up until 72 hours prior to dining. On the day we will serve one Christmas menu for each confirmed guest.
 

Please advise us of all dietary requirements when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate requests made on the day, although this cannot be guaranteed.

 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday.

Entree
     

Seafood San Choi Bao
Mince prawn and scallop stir-fried with water chestnut, onion and shallot. Served in a lettuce cup.

   
Lamb Perchik
Barbeque marinated lamb skewer served with a nonya style curry sauce made from coconut milk, lemongrass, fresh chilli and Kaffir lime leaves.
    
Salt and Pepper Scampi
Scampi deep fried in the shell and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.
    
Main
 
XO Pipis   
Live Pipis tossed in our house-made XO sauce. Served on a bed of pan fried crispy vermicelli noodles.
 
Duck Rendang
Duck Maryland poached in our signature Indonesian style aromatic coconut Rendang base.
 
Black Peppered Prawns
Marinated prawns stir-fried with onion, butter, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli and cracked black pepper.
 
Asparagus Black Fungus
Asparagus and Black fungus stir-fried with shredded chinese mushroom, honey peas, tofu, garlic, soy sauce and fresh chilli.
 
Steamed Rice

Ice Cream Ball
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
 
Black Rice Pudding 
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
