Christmas Set Menu 2018

Our chefs have put together a special menu option for this festive season that showcases some spectacular dishes not normally offered. The Christmas menu is served banquet-style with all the dishes served to the middle of the table for your guests to share.
 

Available from the 23rd of November to the 23rd of December.

This menu requires 72 hours notice. With the exception of vegetarians everyone will be served the same menu. Any changes to the menu to include items from the a la carte or live seafood menu must be arranged prior to arrival and will apply to the whole table.

 
All reservations wishing to order the Christmas menu are required to provide credit card details and are welcome to confirm the number of guests attending up until 72 hours prior to dining. On the day we will serve one Christmas menu for each confirmed guest.
 
Without prior knowledge, we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday.

Entree
 
Steamed Scallops with Ginger and Shallots 
Fresh scallops steamed with ginger, shallot, chilli and soy sauce.
 
BBQ Atlantic Salmon
Marinated Atlantic salmon, barbequed and served with mango chutney.
 
Salt and Pepper Prawns in the shell
Large prawns, deep fried in the shell and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, cracked black pepper and shallots.
Main
 
Masak Lemak Prawns   
Prawns poached in a traditional Nonya Masak Lemak style curry sauce.
 
Coconut Beef Rendang
Indonesian style beef curry with an aromatic dry coconut base. 
Medium to hot.
 
Black Peppered Duck
Poached then crispy fried duck Maryland served with a black pepper sauce made with onion, butter, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli and cracked black pepper.
 
Asparagus Kerabu 
Asparagus stir fried with honey peas, Chinese mushrooms, garlic, coconut and chilli.
 
Steamed Rice
 

Dessert Supplement $10.00 per person

Served for the whole table.
 
Ice Cream Ball
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
 
Black Rice Pudding 
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
