Kapitan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 2
350gm chicken thigh or breast fillet - sliced
80ml canola oil
1 bottle The Malaya Kapitan Sauce (180gm)
¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
½ teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
- In a medium saucepan (3 litre), heat canola oil and seal chicken over a high heat.
- Remove excess oil, add The Malaya Kapitan Sauce, chilli powder and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes over a low heat or until chicken is tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice.
