King Prawn Laksa Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4
1 bottle The Malaya Laksa Paste (190gm)
550ml Chicken Stock
200g Rice Vermicelli Noodles
8 to 10 Shelled and deveined King Prawns
550ml Fresh Milk
200g Bean Sprouts
Coriander Leaves for garnish
Tsp Malaya Laksa Chilli Sambol for garnish
- Place The Malaya Laksa Paste and 550ml Chicken stock in a medium size pot and bring to the boil.
- Add the rice vermicelli noodles and King Prawns and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add 550ml fresh milk, 200g bean sprouts and simmer for a further 2 mins, being careful not to allow the milk come to a boil.
- Salt to taste and divide between 2 bowls, top with Malaya Laksa Chilli Sambol and fresh coriander leaves and serve.
