Seafood San Choi Bow
Minced prawns and scallop,stir-fried with water chestnuts, onion and shallot. served in a lettuce cup.
Lamb Perchik  
Barbequed marinated lamb skewer served with a Nonya style curry sauce made from coconut milk, lemongrass, fresh chilli and Kaffir lime leaves.
XO Pipis
Live Pipis tossed in our house-made XO sauce. Served on a bed of pan fried vermicelli noodles.
Salt and Pepper Scampi    
Scampi, dusted in flour, deep-fried and wok tossed with fresh chilli, salt, cracked pepper and shallot.
Black Pepper King Prawns   
Marinated prawns stir-fried with onions, butter, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli and cracked black pepper.
Duck Rendang
Duck Maryland poached in our signature Indonisian style aromatic coconut Rendang base.
Asparagus and Black Fungus with Tofu 
Asparagus and black fungus stir fried with shredded Chinese mushroom, honey peas, tofu, soya sauce and fresh chilli.
