Malaya Set Menus

Set menus are served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or seafood menu can only be arranged prior to arrival.
 
With the exception of vegetarians, due to the number of dishes on each menu only one set menu can be served for the table.
 
Please advise us of all dietary requirements prior to your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate requests, although this cannot be guaranteed.
 
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and by 15% on Public Holidays.

Popiah
Thin pastry skins filled with shredded chicken, prawns, shallots, vermicelli and bean sprouts. Served with a sweet soy chilli sauce and ground fresh nuts. 
 

Chicken San Choy Bow 
Minced chicken stir-fried with water chestnut, onion, shallots, curry powder and fresh chilli. Served in a lettuce leaf.

 
Prawn Perchik 
Marinated prawns, skewered, barbequed and served with a Nonya style curry sauce made from coconut milk, lemongrass, fresh chilli and lime leaves. 
 
Main
 
Opor Ayam 
Chicken thigh fillets poached in coconut milk, garlic, ginger, onion and aromatic spices.
 
Tomato Beef Rendang 
Indonesian style tomato base beef curry. 
 
Hokkien Chow Mein 
Yellow Hokkien noodles stir-fried with garlic, shredded pork, egg, beansprouts and shallots.
 
Chilli Beans with pork
Green beans stir-fried with pork minced, chilli, ginger and shrimp paste.
 
Steamed Rice
 
Groups up to 8 can swap a main of choice for Mixed Laksa.
 

Dessert Supplement $10.00 per person

Served for the whole table.
 
Black Rice Pudding
Black glutinous rice cooked with Pandan leaves served with thick coconut cream, palm sugar and fresh fruit.
 
Ice Cream Ball 
Bite size ice cream ball dipped in chocolate.
