Private Dining on the Balcony for up to 18 guests.
The private dining table is situated on the balcony and comfortably seats up to 18 guests with exclusive views of Darling harbour. The balcony is separated from the interior of the restaurant with a glass wall that runs from floor to ceiling, and the table is surrounded with a semi sheer curtain leaving the view of the water clear for you and your guests to enjoy.
To reserve the private dining table a minimum spend for food and beverage is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining, together with an additional 10% service charge. Any amount spent above the minimum spend is to be settled at the conclusion of the meal along with 10% for service.
Reservations made more than six weeks prior to dining are required to provide 50% of the minimum spend to secure the space. A tentative reservation will be held for seven days, giving you this time to secure your reservation.
Full cancellation within one week of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all money paid.
All menu prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and 15% on Public holidays.
All menu and beverage orders are required together with the full payment for your function two weeks prior to dining. With the exception of vegetarians, groups are asked to preselect one of our set menus for the group. Our set menus are served banquet style; all the dishes listed are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or the live seafood menu can be prearranged. Without prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies.
Packages are served for 3 hours from the time of arrival. Last drinks served at 11pm.
Malaya Package: $40.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.
Premium Package: $55.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.
Please Note: Beverage package prices increase by $5.00 per person between 21st November and 24th December 2014
Cocktails for groups are required to be prearranged, please advise the style and quantity of cocktails you would like at least 24hours prior to dining.
Subject to availability groups are welcome to order from our wine list at the table. Please phone if you would like to preselect wines for your group, wine orders are required one week prior to dining in order to guarantee supply.
For $10.00per person we can serve selected desserts together with tea or coffee, please refer to our set menus for information. All pre ordered dessert will automatically go on the bill, to cancel your dessert order please call two days prior to dining at the latest. Ordering dessert from the table is subject to availability.
