Private Dining on the Balcony for up to 18 guests.
The private dining table is situated on the balcony and comfortably seats up to 18 guests with exclusive views of Darling harbour. The balcony is separated from the interior of the restaurant with a glass wall that runs from floor to ceiling, and the table is surrounded with a semi sheer curtain leaving the view of the water clear for you and your guests to enjoy.
To reserve the private dining table a minimum spend for food and beverage is required to be settled two weeks prior to dining, together with an additional 10% service charge. Any amount spent above the minimum spend is to be settled at the conclusion of the meal along with 10% for service.
Reservations made more than six weeks prior to dining are required to provide 50% of the minimum spend to secure the space. A tentative reservation will be held for seven days, giving you this time to secure your reservation.
Full cancellation within one week of your reservation will result in forfeiture of all money paid.
All menu prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and by 15% on Public holidays.
Groups are asked to select a set menu. Our set menus consist of a number of entrees and mains - when ordering a set menu the table receives all the dishes listed and the dishes are served to the middle of the table for guests to share. Changing dishes on a set menu to include items from the a la carte menu or live seafood menu can be arranged prior to arrival. Due to the number of dishes on each set menu, one menu must be served for everyone at the table above 13 years of age. Exceptions can be made for vegetarians and guests with allergies. Please note - withour prior knowledge we may not be able to provide a meal for guests with allergies. All menu and beverage orders are required together with the full payment for your function two weeks prior to dining.
Packages are served for 3 hours from the time of arrival. Last drinks served at 11pm.
Malaya Package: $55.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.
Premium Package: $65.00 per person – plus $18.50 to include a cocktail.
Cocktails for service on arrival need to prearranged. Please confirm your cocktail order at least two days prior to dining.
Beverages ordered from the wine list are charged on consumption. For private dining reservations we also offer drinks packages. Beverage packages are required to be arranged prior to arrival. Ordering from the wine list at the table is subject to availability. To insure availability we encourage prearranging your wine selection or beverage package choice at least seven days prior ro dining.
For $10.00 per person we serve a petite black rice pudding and an ice cream ball petit four together with tea or coffee. Guests are welcome to order dessert from the a la carte menu after the meal, this is however subject to availability. To ensure availability please prearrange your dessert order at least two days prior to dining. All pre ordered dessert will automatically go on the bill. A dessert order can be cancelled two days prior to dining at the latest.
