Please advise us of all dietary requirements prior to your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate requests, although this cannot be guaranteed.  
All prices increase by 10% on Sunday, and by 15% on Public Holidays.  

Fresh Oysters with Chilli and Lime
Fresh shucked Sydney rock oysters served with a chilli lime dressing.
Steamed Scallops with Ginger and Shallots
Fresh scallops steamed in the shell with ginger, shallots, chilli and soy sauce.
Salt and Pepper
Lightly battered prawns or cauliflower, deep fried and tossed in fresh chilli, salt, pepper and shallots.

Barbequed Salmon
Bite size pieces of Atlantic salmon barbequed, served with mango chutney.
A mixture of potato, carrot, onion and spices wrapped in a light pastry skin and deep fried.
Singaporean style marinated prawns or chicken thigh fillet barbequed and served with Malaya satay sauce made from ground fresh peanuts and chilli.

Seafood Parcels
Lightly fried rice paper parcels filled with prawn, scallop, chilli and spices. Served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Marinated prawns or pieces of chicken thigh fillet skewered, barbecued and served with a Nonya style curry sauce made from lemongrass, coconut milk, fresh chilli and lime leaves.

Seafood Rolls
Minced scallop, prawn and shallots rolled in a light pastry skin and deep-fried. Served with a sweet chilli sauce and sesame seeds.


Thin pastry skins filled with shredded chicken,prawns, shallots, vermicelli and beansprouts. Served with a sweet soy sauce and ground fresh nuts.
